Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of the Cheaha Region — Speaking Up for Abused and Neglected Children

More than 14,000 of Alabama’s most vulnerable children are attending court hearings, adjusting to new homes and navigating the child welfare system every day. CASA volunteers are trained to advocate for the best interests of these children.

Our goal is to provide a dedicated CASA volunteer for every abused and neglected child to give them a voice and help them thrive in a safe and loving home. With your support, Together We Will achieve that goal.

CASA of the Cheaha Region

Cheaha CASA received the brightest visit today from Julie Couch on behalf of the Alabama Power Service Organization. This organization absolutely understands the importance of service and bettering the lives of the children within the community. With a generous donation, APSO has enabled us to increase our efforts specifically for the children victim of child abuse in St. Clair county. Thank you, APSO, for giving us more resources to be successful advocates for St. Clair county’s foster children and standing with us against child abuse! You are making the difference! ...
